SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order processing

All orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Products are shipped using carriers selected according to the destination and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or customs procedures for international shipments.

In any case, unless otherwise justified, orders will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date, in accordance with applicable regulations.

SHIPPING ZONES AND RATES

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address, the assigned shipping profile, and the total order value, in accordance with the following zones:

1. Spain (Mainland) and Portugal (Mainland)

  • Estimated delivery time: 48–72 business hours
  • Shipping cost:
    • Free shipping on orders over €50
    • For orders below this amount, the applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase

2. United States (USA)

  • Standard shipping: $9 USD
  • Express shipping: $16 USD
  • Free shipping: on orders over $149 USD

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout based on the delivery address provided.

3. International shipping (rest of the world)

For destinations not listed above, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, selected shipping method, and the weight or volume of the order, in accordance with the shipping profiles configured in Shopify.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

If the package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the customer must indicate this on the delivery receipt and, where possible, inspect the contents in the presence of the carrier.

In the event of damage or loss attributable to transportation, the customer must notify our customer service team as soon as possible. BELÉN BERBEL, S.L. will repair or replace, at no additional cost to the customer, any items damaged or lost during transit, provided that the incident has been duly reported.

Once the order has been successfully delivered, the products become the property of the customer, who will assume responsibility for any subsequent damage.

TAXES, DUTIES, AND CUSTOMS

Shipping prices do not include any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may be charged in the destination country. Any such costs, where applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
